Yes, you can cancel an order but not later than 24 hours from the moment of placing the order. You have 3 options available:

1. You can access your profile, go to “ORDERS” section and if you are still in the 24 hours interval you will have visible the “CANCEL” button. After pressing this button the order status will change to “Cancelled” and your payment will be canceled as well.

3. You can send us an email using the contact form or email available on Contact page or Footer section to request us to cancel your order.

Please keep in mind that after canceling a card transaction, the issuing bank will unlock the amount blocked in your account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy.
