Chest
Measure the circumference of the chest area by placing the tape under the arms, making sure to include the point at which your breasts are the fullest.
Waist
Measure the circumference of the narrowest area of your torso, between your ribs and hips.
Hips
Measure the circumference of the widest area at the top of the leg. For most people this area is typically located around 20cm below the waist.
