At Sezen Caiali, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products that meet their expectations. However, in the event that an item is deemed faulty or damaged, we have established the following return policy:

If an item is deemed faulty and able to be repaired, we may repair it upon request, but this will be at the expense of the customer and without any guarantee of the outcome.
Any items returned as faulty or damaged will be inspected and if wear and tear is determined to be the cause, the item will not be accepted as faulty.
Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving the order and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and labels. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or soiled , the only valid reasons for a item to be accepted are manufacturing defects.
We cannot take responsibility for lost items during transit. Please send returns via registered mail and keep proof of postage.

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used when you bought the product, within a maximum of 14 days of accepting the return.
Only the value of the product without shipping fees is refunded.
